EAL Teacher

Vietnam Tinh Hoa, supported by the prestigious NLCS international network, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EAL Teacher to join our growing team.
About Us
Vietnam Tinh Hoa is an IB World School with a Vietnamese heart, located in Ho Chi Minh City. We offer an innovative dual-language programme, blending the National Curriculum for England with the inquiry-based IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). Founded in 2022, we currently provide education from Grade 1 to Grade 6, with further expansion planned. Our focus on small class sizes, pastoral care, and enrichment ensures that every child is supported to flourish academically and personally.
The Role
We are looking for an EAL specialist to deliver high-quality language support across Grades 1–6 (UK Years 2–7), extending to Grade 7 in the second year of the contract. The role will include:
- Delivering support through push-in, pull-out, and small group models.
- Planning and assessing using Cambridge Global English and WIDA frameworks.
- Providing one-to-one interventions and enrichment activities.
- Collaborating with class teachers to ensure curriculum access for all learners.
- Building strong partnerships with parents and contributing to whole-school initiatives.
About You
You will be a qualified teacher with:
- A degree and teaching qualification
- Experience working with EAL learners, ideally in international or bilingual schools.
- Familiarity with Cambridge Global English and WIDA assessments.
- A flexible, collaborative approach, with energy, resilience, and a passion for supporting multilingual learners.What We Offer
